How to post
Click on Write a post in the left column on the front page of The Portal.
Log in with your user name & password. Type your password in again on the next screen. (If there is a message about cookies, ignore it if cookies are already enabled on your computer).
Click on Write.
Type in a title, then your post content. Sign it with your user name (not your full real name).
Choose the categories which describe the subject of your post (not more than 2 please). Click ‘Submit for review’ if you are a contributor. It will be published once it has been checked by the site administrator.
If you are an author, click on Publish.
Alternatively, if you are neither a contributor nor an author, you may email a word document to Mrs Sweeney (michelle.sweeney@scotch.vic.edu.au)or Ms Kerr (rachel.kerr@scotch.vic.edu.au), and they will publish it for you.
Note: 1. To write a post you must first be signed up as an author or contributor. To do this please see or email Mrs Sweeney or Ms Kerr.
2. If you are publishing an image that does not belong to you, the source must be cited ie. the website URL and date accessed.
